Frequently Asked Questions

Where do you ship from? Will I have to pay import duties?

We ship from mainland Spain. If you are in the European Union, you will not pay any duties. If you are in the UK or another country outside the EU, you may have to pay import taxes depending on your order value and your country's rules.

How much is shipping?

It depends on your country and the weight of your order. Our Shipping Rates page lists prices by country and weight, and you will see the exact cost at checkout before you pay. Shipping is free on orders over €225 to mainland Spain and Portugal.

What percentage of fragrance oil should I use in my wax?

It depends on the wax, the scent and the product you are making. Wax melts typically use 10%. Candles usually use 6–8%: start at 8% and adjust from there. It is always best to test with your own wax and containers. See Wax Percentages for more detail.
