All orders will be dispatched within 5 working days. 

Collections are made each day, However Canaries collections are made once a week. There are no collections or deliveries at the weekend.

It is the customers responsibility to make sure that they have placed the correct order using the correct address, whilst we will endeavour to help change anything we can, we can not be held responsible for mistakes the customer has made whilst ordering so please ensure that your order is correct before you process it.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, the size of your parcel and the delivery service that you select during checkout. 

Please not if you live in a remote area or a Island than this affects the shipping times and you will not be able to get the 24hr service. 

Delivery times are a estimate only and do not include our packing times, which can be found at the top of the website.
